Open to all Solenis employees, WINS was launched to grow a company culture that attracts, retains and empowers the industry’s most talented women. The group develops a wide range of diversity, equity and inclusion content and programming, such as virtual networking, learning and development programs and our annual celebration of International Women’s Day.
Our MCN helps to educate and provide enlightening perspectives on multicultural issues within Solenis and the communities where we work. From cultural awareness seminars to community service outreach to leadership and mentorship programs, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, supportive workplace that promotes resources by providing personal and professional development while supporting existing diversity, equity and inclusion strategies.
We have received our certificate of compliance for South Africa’s Broad-based Black Economic Empowerment initiative. The program promotes an equal-opportunity economy through the inclusion of the nation’s previously oppressed Black population, with a larger goal of national empowerment, targeting historically disadvantaged Black people, women, youths, rural communities and disabled people.
