Our apprenticeship program combines on-the-job training and study to provide an experience you won’t get in the classroom. This unique opportunity is available exclusively through our Grimsby site and our Bradford site, one of the largest and most productive single-site chemical facilities in the United Kingdom.
We pair each apprentice with a Solenis mentor — an experienced, on-site team member with a wealth of skills and expertise. Our apprentices gain invaluable knowledge working with mentors offering guidance and feedback based on decades of hands-on industry experience.
In addition to practical experience, apprentices earn nationally recognized qualifications through college and development sessions.
Many apprentices are offered permanent positions upon successful program completion. Some will be invited to continue career development with learning opportunities for higher degree-level qualifications.
