Helping college students launch their careers by providing real-world job experience.
Our customers choose Solenis because they know our people and chemistry make a difference in their processes and sustainability. It’s a difference that helps them grow, helps us grow and could help you grow in a challenging and rewarding career.
Solenis offers qualified college students full-time, paid internships with competitive pay, a housing stipend for eligible interns, and the opportunity to evaluate Solenis as a potential employer.
We’ve developed this North American-based program to provide a unique, real-world job experience simply not available in a classroom. Whether you’re applying textbook theories, handling day-to-day job responsibilities or networking with experienced professionals, you’ll work as a valued member of the Solenis team.
As an intern, you’ll work on a well-defined customer project with tangible deliverables. You also will be paired with a Solenis mentor to provide support, guidance and feedback. At the program’s conclusion, selected interns will present their projects in front of our executive team at our corporate headquarters in Wilmington, Delaware, as part of our Internship Symposium. Solenis has adopted several of the innovative projects presented by our interns.
Many of our interns are offered full-time positions. Selected interns are invited to participate in our prestigious sales technology application rotation (STAR) program.
Along with our internships, we offer an apprenticeship program at our Bradford, U.K., site.
Whether you want to build a career that lets you make a real difference or need expert advice on your water treatment and process improvement challenges, we’re ready to deliver.
