Our sales technology application rotation (STAR) program delivers the practical learning that helps you build a career that makes an impact for our customers and our world. Whether you’re working through R&D projects or collaborating on-site with applications engineers, our STAR program gives you the opportunity to be part of our best-in-class team.</p>
<p>The high-intensity program offers select candidates five ten-week assignments where they are immersed in the primary areas of our specialty chemical portfolio. During your rotation, you will:</p>

<p>When the 12-month program is completed, STAR engineers transition into a position with our commercial sales organization in an area that interests them.</p>
