To provide meaningful support during such times, we are proud to offer the BeYou Employee Well-being Program, an enhanced and rebranded version of our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This comprehensive initiative offers a wide range of confidential, free of charge services available 24/7 to all Solenis employees and their immediate family members, anywhere in the world. The BeYou Program is designed to provide expert assistance tailored to navigate life's complexities, regardless of the size or scope of the challenge.

The BeYou Program offers:

  • Emotional Support: Expert counseling to navigate stress, anxiety, and other personal challenges
  • Self-Development Coaching: Tools and guidance to achieve personal and professional growth
  • Legal Guidance: Access to advice on legal matters
  • Financial Guidance: Resources to manage financial concerns effectively

To further support employees’ well-being, we also provide access to global webinars that address various wellness topics, ensuring employees have access to valuable resources.

Additionally, the program offers services in local languages, ensuring support is accessible and comfortable for everyone.

Global Walk Challenge

At Solenis, our commitment to employees goes beyond the workplace. We understand that well-being, teamwork and sustainability are interconnected pillars of a thriving organization. That’s why we introduced the Global Walk Challenge in 2024— an initiative designed to inspire our employees to embrace wellness, adopt healthier habits, connect across our global network and contribute to a sustainable future.

The Global Walk Challenge is a multi-faceted initiative that represents a holistic approach. Its key objectives include:

  • Prioritizing Employee Well-Being and promoting Healthy Lifestyles: Encouraging employees to integrate being active into their daily routines, supporting physical health, mental well-being and the development of lasting healthy habits
  • Building Global Connections and Teamwork: Uniting employees across 57 locations to collaborate, motivate each other and celebrate shared achievements
  • Raising Organizational Awareness: Giving participants a virtual tour of Solenis locations, deepening their understanding of our global presence and showcasing our dynamic, growth-focused environment

This challenge is one of the key initiatives supporting a healthier future for our employees and is set to become an annual tradition.

Wellness Program in the US

At Solenis, we’re dedicated to fostering a Culture of Wellness that prioritizes the health and well-being of our employees. That is why The Personify Health US Benefit Wellness Program is designed to empower US-based employees, along with their spouses and domestic partners, to take charge of their overall happiness in a supportive environment.

By participating in the program, employees can enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

  • Engaging in coaching sessions and inviting colleagues to join

Each activity completed contributes to earning rewards, helping employees stay focused on their health and wellness goals while creating a positive and motivating experience.

In 2024, we were proud to have 1,696 employees, spouses and domestic partners enrolled in the Personify Health Wellness Program with 47% (806 individuals) actively engaging in the program’s activities. To make wellness even more exciting, we introduced Quarterly Team Challenges, including World Tour, World at Play, Path to Fulfillment, and Amazing Architecture which brought together an average of 183 participants per challenge. At Solenis, we are passionate about creating a culture that values health and collaboration. As we move forward, we encourage all employees to embrace well-being as a priority.
