WILMINGTON, Del. — Effective June 3, 2016, Solenis, through its Australia subsidiary Solenis Australia Pty Limited, completed the acquisition of the business assets of Nuplex Pulp & Paper from Nuplex Industries Australia Pty Limited, an exclusive distributor and technology licensee of Solenis pulp and paper products within Australia and New Zealand. This business will be integrated into Solenis as part of its strategy to broaden its process chemicals offering and expand its geographic presence.
