<h6>Customer Challenge</h6> <p>A tissue and towel mill in North America was challenged with its current TAD fabric release program contributing to oil in the mill water discharge, leading to higher than desirable levels going to the municipality. The mill was under pressure to reduce or eliminate fats, oils and grease (FOG) from their effluent discharge stream as part of their ongoing operation. Traditional TAD fabric release oils contribute +85% of oil to the wastewater streams.</p> <h6>Recommended Solution</h6> <p>Solenis recommended the use of Rezosol 1848 release agent, a patented mineral oil-free microemulsion to replace the traditional oil based product.
