Our R&D and Innovation teams consist of 500 employees spread across 21 facilities, which makes it possible to deliver value efficiently to more than 200,000 customers located in approximately 160 countries. Complementing our R&D centers are our nine Customer Application Laboratories (CALs) located around the world. These laboratories work in tandem with our R&D organization and are staffed by highly knowledgeable problem-solvers who assist customers with particularly complex, real-world chemistry challenges. They offer a wide array of testing and analysis equipment, along with innovative process-simulation instrumentation, enabling rapid diagnosis and solution validation.
