Analytical Services

Our Analytical Services Group works closely with our sales, application, and research teams to understand industrial water systems and problems, as well as assist in the development of new treatment technologies. Solenis’ laboratories can provide comprehensive analysis of inorganic, metallurgical, microbiological, and organic samples.

Corrosion Monitoring & Metallurgy Services

Our Corrosion Monitoring and Metallurgy Services group provides failure analysis and assessments of pulp mill, paper mill, tissue mill, steam-generating, and heat exchanger equipment. Working closely with customers, we provide clear identification of the problem parameters, which leads to more rapid and effective corrosion control and system reliability.

Paper & Materials Testing Services

Our Paper and Materials Testing Services group is staffed with experienced scientists and technicians who model many papermaking processes to recommend effective process improvements with the goal to enhance our customers’ papermaking productivity and product quality.

Papermaking Support

Our Papermaking Support Services group works closely with our sales, applications and research teams to understand our customers’ systems and problems as well as assist in the development of new treatment technologies. Armed with industry specific knowledge of pulp processes, wet end chemistry, and papermaking processes this team leverages numerous process simulation tools to provide problem-solving and treatment strategy recommendations.

Pulp & Stock Production Support

Our Pulp and Stock Process Support Services group utilizes a variety of patented technologies that complement processes such as pulping, screening and high shear mixing with the aim to deliver the best options for pulp quality/quantity used in paper making and related processes.

Water Applications Testing Services

The health of a plant’s water supply has an enormous impact on the health of its bottom line. For this reason, major industrial, mining and municipal customers count on our Water Applications Testing group to help them improve performance, reliability, energy efficiency and profitability of their operations.
