Solenis to Increase Prices on Specialty Chemicals for Pulp and Paper in Asia Pacific

WILMINGTON, Del. (USA) — Solenis, a leading global producer of specialty chemicals, will increase prices for process chemicals and alkaline sizing products for the pulp and paper industry. Process chemicals will increase up to 25 percent effective immediately or as customer contracts allow. Alkaline and AKD sizing products will increase by 15 to 25 percent. These price increases are necessary due to the increase in certain raw material costs combined with a tightening overall global supply chain.
