<h5 class="PDq2pG_selectionAnchorContainer" data-start="179" data-end="203">Customer Challenge</h5> <p data-start="205" data-end="410">Our client, the engine assembly department of a car manufacturer, faced significant challenges due to high sludge water levels in their wastewater tank, leading to increased preparation and disposal costs.</p> <h5 data-start="417" data-end="443">Recommended Solution</h5> <p data-start="445" data-end="514">To resolve this issue, we installed a BioAmp unit in the sludge tank.</p> <h5 data-start="521" data-end="543">Results Achieved</h5> <p data-start="545" data-end="892">The results were impressive, with sludge water content reduced from 80% to 58% and a significant decrease in sludge disposal volume. This led to substantial annual savings on disposal costs. Additionally, the cleaning time for the dehydrator was cut from 3 hours to just 30 minutes, indicating a reduction in oil content in the dewatering machine.</p>
