<p><!-- wp:heading {"level":5} --></p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">Customer Challenge</h5> <p><!-- /wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --></p> <p>A large property management facility in Ontario, Canada had large amounts of debris and suspended solids in their cooling towers causing issues keeping the treatment program within proper parameters. The facility wanted to replace their current sand filtration system with one that would provide better reduction in suspended solids and debris.</p> <p><!-- /wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {"level":5} --></p> <h5 class="wp-block-heading">Recommended Solution</h5> <p><!-- /wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --></p> <p>During 2012, Chem-Aqua suggested replacing the customer&rsquo;s current 50 micron rated cooling tower filtration system with a 5 micron rated Chem-Aqua Sand Filtration System. The Chem-Aqua Sand Filtration System also provides automatic backwash which eliminates operator involvement.</p> <p><!-- /wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:heading {"level":5} --><!-- /wp:heading --><!-- wp:paragraph --></p> <p>The Chem-Aqua Sand Filtration System was installed during the winter of 2012 reducing debris and suspended solids in the cooling towers.
