This South Africa Privacy Statement has been issued for compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (“POPI”), a data protection law applicable in South Africa which applies to the personal information Solenis Group obtains through various channels, including websites, online systems and platforms, mobile applications and social media pages that reference this South Africa Privacy Statement, and in a course of collection related to sales, marketing, business partner’s, contractors’, vendors’ and suppliers’ engagement (collectively "Instruments”).
