Corp. manufactures motorcycle, tractor, and bicycle tires and tubes for local and international markets.</p> <p data-start="336" data-end="790">Motorcycle and bicycle inner tube production relies on two kinds of compressors - 9 units of High Pressure and 12 units of Screw-Type. Since the line is critical, the customer always kept 3 compressors of each kind on standby to ensure continuity of production. The company can produce 93,600 tubes daily during full-scale operation. Hence, it is important to ensure that there are no break-downs or else air loss can reduce production by as much as 30%.</p> <p data-start="792" data-end="1114">However, the downtime occurred three times a year. Moreover, the customer had to constantly take up 6 months of preventive maintenance when it used another brand&rsquo;s products. Despite excessive monitoring and top-up, the performance was not up to mark. Guaranteed bearings and mechanical seals had to be frequently replaced.</p> <h5 data-section-id="7xls9h" data-start="1121" data-end="1147">Recommended Solution</h5> <p data-start="1149" data-end="1288">NCH Asia Pacific applied <strong data-start="1174" data-end="1193">Premalube Black</strong>, a multipurpose, heavy load, extreme pressure, and high-temperature grease to all compressors.</p> <h5 data-section-id="1296j4j" data-start="1295" data-end="1317">Results Achieved</h5> <p data-start="1319" data-end="1516">After using our product, all issues were resolved effectively. The customer didn&rsquo;t experience any breakdown and downtime for consecutive three years which resulted in <strong data-start="1486" data-end="1504">Php 11,373,300</strong> in savings.</p>
