Innovative chemistries, advanced monitoring and control systems, and expert support for your water treatment challenges.
Filtration is an important and commonly used process in water treatment for removing suspended solids, particles, and contaminants from water. At Solenis, we manufacture a full line of filtration equipment to help protect downstream equipment and processes from deposit formation, blockages, and equipment failure.
Our sales representatives, equipment specialists, and analytical laboratories are available to help you select the right filtration system and troubleshoot problems. We provide an extensive line of in-house manufactured products and technologies and stock a comprehensive inventory of replacement parts and consumables.
There are many different types of filtration media available to target a range of contaminants. The type of media that is right for your system will be determined by the specific contaminant type and size that needs to be removed. At Solenis, we understand water-related problems and can help determine which media will best suit your site specific needs.
Bag filters remove particulate matter and impurities in water used during commercial and industrial processes. These low maintenance filters offer high flow rates while capturing contaminants that may pass through. We offer bag filtration systems to capture suspended solids, sediments, and other contaminants using replaceable filter bags from in our in-house equipment facility. Choosing the right bag filter systems depends upon the application process, the type and size of the contaminant present, and the desired water quality. Let our trained representatives survey your system to determine the appropriate filter needed.
We offer an extensive line of carbon filtration systems that can trap unwanted solids and then automatically rinse the media for reuse. The type of media used can be tailored depending upon the contaminant needing removal.
Our self-cleaning closed loop filtration systems contain unique media that can remove efficiently and economically removes suspended solids from recirculating closed water systems operating at less than 110°F. HPF/SPF Closed Loop Filters remove smaller suspended particles than conventional sand filters, anywhere from 0.5 to 5 µm depending on the model.
Our standard RO line ranges from 1 gpm (1,440 gpd) to 100 gpm (144,000 gpd) output capabilities. We also offer optional membrane clean-in-place (CIP) on systems greater than 10 gpm. We can create custom systems to meet site-specific needs.
Our extensive line of sand filtration systems will trap and remove suspended solids down to 4 µm using a permanent granular media bed. We offer side stream sand filters which trap suspended solids throughout the granular media bed and sump sweeper sand filters which are designed to remove solids from water systems using a permanent media and sweeper Jets.
Our commitment extends beyond treating water. At Solenis, we are dedicated to transforming sustainability into action. Our tailored 360° Get Clean, Keep Clean™ Approach, will help your water treatment systems operate at peak efficiency with minimal downtime and maximum reliability while driving down the impact on the environment and your operational costs.
