Our unwavering focus on safety and talent helps us provide complete water treatment and process solutions for consumer and industrial markets.
At Solenis, we’ve fueled the growth of our business by creating a culture that delivers a positive experience for every customer during every interaction.
Our culture is centered on fundamental beliefs about the importance of our people and how their performance drives results. Whether we’re committing to safety every day, making impactful contributions in the communities where we work or hiring the most talented people, our culture of excellence is in our DNA. It’s guided our growth for the last 100+ years, and it will guide us as we continue to grow.
A culture of safety. Our culture of continuous improvement in safety is extremely strong. Each worker must agree to our 10 Safety Expectations — and execute them without exception. These expectations, which support our philosophy that all injuries are preventable, are incorporated into our everyday activities. We train and expect our team to “STOP. THINK. ACT.”, leveraging behavior-based risk assessment as key company conversation.
Our safety focus drives us to provide a workplace that doesn’t negatively impact workers’ health or well-being. Safety programs tailored for each team and/or site ensure proper identification and risk controls for every specific environment. This mindset continues onto our customer sites, allowing us to integrate safety as a value-added service.
We empower workers with the responsibility and authority to “stop work” for any reason, without fear of retribution, and support them with resources to fix the situation. And we recognize workers who exercise this right.
From regular training to idea sharing to milestone celebrations, safety is an ongoing conversation at Solenis. This commitment led EHS Today to name Solenis — for the second time — as one of America’s Safest Companies.
