<h2>Giving back to our communities</h2> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">We make a meaningful impact in the world by seeking opportunities to work with the communities where we do business, as well as other areas of the world. And we encourage all of our employees to do the same. Our Community Relations committee sets our overall direction. This diverse group of representatives from across the globe includes regional leaders who encourage engagement at the local level.</span></p> <h4><span style="font-weight: 400;">SolenisGives</span></h4> <p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Our web-based program, SolenisGives, allows every team member worldwide to easily support their community and the causes that matter to them. Employees use SolenisGives to participate in charitable activities that align with company or personal priorities.
